Professional Sales B.B.A.Marketing
Labovitz School of Business and Economics
The BBA in professional sales will combine core marketing knowledge with specialized skills in sales to meet the growing demand for students who are able to enter sales positions and hit the ground running. The major will cover key elements of sales analytics as well as focus on the advanced sales skills needed to succeed in sales careers.

before admission to this major.
For admission to the major, the preferred GPA is as follows:
- 2.60 Cumulative (overall) GPA
- 2.60 University of Minnesota GPA
- 2.00 LSBE Coursework (internal) GPA
- 2.00 pre-major GPA

General Requirements
Program Requirements
Given the overlap between the requirements for the sales major and the marketing major, students wishing to double major in Marketing must take a minimum of 9 distinct credits that apply to the Marketing major and are not counted towards the Sales major. Students majoring in Sales cannot minor in Marketing.
